AbstractThis review article focuses on the various weed control strategies in soybean (Glycine max (L.)) cultivation. The presence of weeds in soybean fields can significantly reduce crop yields by competing for nutrients, light, and space. Effective weed management is therefore crucial for the optimization of soybean production. This article explores mechanical, chemical, biological, and integrated weed management approaches, highlighting their benefits and limitations. Additionally, it discusses the emerging trends and future directions in weed control within the context of sustainable agriculture.
