Abstract
The research work has\r\nassessed the impact of leadership styles on change management and organizational\r\nperformance. An exploratory and descriptive research strategy characterizes\r\nthis investigation. Although transactional, laissez-faire, and transformational\r\nleadership all play important roles in managing change and improving\r\norganizational performance, transformational leadership is generally considered\r\nto be the most effective. Managers may use the data to determine the most\r\nsuccessful leadership style based on the desired goals and to inform their own\r\nleadership style modifications. In this study, only managers from Indian\r\norganisations are being considered.
